Rules

The goal of the game is to become a Mogul.

The object of Mogulex is to earn Respect. Reach level 48 called ‘’Mogul’’ by earning at least 1 billion Respect. Moguls are the game currency. To earn Moguls and Respect the member goes through various tasks in the game.


Member

Playing the game is reserved to members of Mogulex. Any user interested in becoming a member has to create an account* with Mogulex.

When creating a new account every new Member receives a one-time only Bonus Pack consisting of Moguls and Gold.

Members can purchase items and earn rewards.

Some items can only be purchased by FIRMs. To become a FIRM members can start a company by purchasing the required license in the Capital section of the top menu. In order for an activity to be completed members must click the button assigned to that activity. A button can’t be clicked when the member doesn’t meet the requirements of that activity or the member started another activity. The member can engage in only one activity at a time.

Members can visit other member’s Home. They can see what others have in their possession. Members can leave messages to each other. As well they can comment on each member’s home page. Incorrect use* of the communication channels can flag and ultimately ban a member from the game.

Levels

There are 48 levels. First level called “entry level” or ‘’Newbie’’ is the Level 1 allocated to a new entrant in the game. The top level called “Mogul” is achieved when a member reaches 1 billion Respect.

A new member starts at level 1 and can increase their Respect by investing in Assets, going to Work, upgrading their Home, purchasing or upgrading a Garage, purchasing or upgrading a Hangar, purchasing or upgrading a Quay, entering Events, racing other members or purchasing selective items and vehicles. A member’s Respect level decreases by selling back selective items and vehicles, as well when they return their companion (pet).


Assets

Assets earn members an income in Moguls and Respect. To earn Moguls and Respect a member must collect the return periodically. Once an Asset is purchased in the game, it cannot be sold.


Vehicles

Vehicles can be purchased at will. They are needed to race other members. Chances of success are displayed accordingly; “little”, ‘’average’’ or ‘’big’’. For example, ‘’average’’ means a potential of a 50/50 chance of success.


Pets

Members can adopt a companion (pet) of their choice. Each companion raises Respect level. It also improves an Ability of the companion’s owner. When a member returns one of their companions the Respect level decreases. A member can adopt a maximum of 3 companions.


Shop

Shop has a variety of items available for purchase; clothes, hats, shoes, bags, accessories, devices, food, drinks, and toiletries. Some items will earn a reward like Moguls, Gold, and / or Respect. Food and Drinks are one use; once purchased they are consumed and not stored. This is why Food and Drinks are not shown on the member’s Home.


Work

Work will earn members Moguls and Respect by choosing from different jobs. Jobs require and impact members' health and energy levels differently.


Gym

The Gym is one way to increase health. Endurance can also increase to offer better chances of success in the Events.


EduQ

Increases intelligence levels through education.


Bank

Keeps members Moguls in safe deposits. Minimum deposit for all levels is 100 Moguls. Maximum deposit amount depends on the level;

Levels 1-16: = 50,000 Moguls

Levels 17-32: = 100,000 Moguls

Levels 33-48: = 150,000 Moguls


Hospital

The hospital will help restore health.


Races

Members can race other members at random. Members can choose their own vehicle to enter the competition. Members can race with others regardless of their level or their online status. To enter in a race the member will pay an entry fee.

Winning a race will pay the winner their entry fee plus the other member’s entry fee. In addition, the winning member will receive Gold and increase their Respect level. Members can race against the same member for a maximum of 3 times during 24 hours.


Events

Members can enter any event. Members can compete with others on the same or similar levels; up to 6 levels ahead or behind. Members can compete with others regardless of their online status. To enter an event the member will pay an entry fee.

Winning an event will pay the winner their entry fee plus the other member’s entry fee. In addition, the winning member will receive Gold and increase their Respect level. Members can compete against the same member for a maximum of 3 times during 24 hours.


Score

A leaderboard where members can see how they compare to other members in the game. The Score will show how much Respect, Moguls, Gold, as well the level each member is at.


Capital

Members can increase their resources (Moguls, Gold) by purchasing packages and bundles available. In this section members can upgrade to FIRM (incorporating).


Home

Members can go to their Home from anywhere in the game by clicking the logo.

At Home members can see how long it will take to level again. Members will also be able to upgrade their Home, as well as buy/upgrade, Garages, Hangars, and Quays. When at Home it will also show items owned (exception food or drinks).


Garage

Is a building where Mogulex members can house a motor vehicle or vehicles. To purchase a Garage, members must have the right number of Moguls, Gold and the required level and status.

A member can own one Garage at a time. A Garage can be exchanged with another that has more or less spaces to house vehicles. The available spaces are based on the member’s level and status. Members can see what vehicles other members have in their Garages by visiting their Home.


Hangar

Is a building where Mogulex members can house one or multiple flying vehicles. To purchase a Hangar, members must have the right number of Moguls, Gold and the required level and status.

A member can own one Hangar at a time. A Hangar can be exchanged with another that has more or less spaces to house flying vehicles. The available spaces are based on the member’s level and status. Members can see what flying vehicles other members have in their Hangars by visiting their Home.


Quay

Is a building where Mogulex members can harbour one or more sailing vehicles. To purchase a Quay, members must have the right number of Moguls, Gold and the required level and status.

A member can own one Quay at a time. A Quay can be exchanged with another that has more or less spaces to harbour sailing vehicles. The available spaces are based on the member’s level and status. Members can see what sailing vehicles other members have in their Quays by visiting their Home.


Chat

Members can interact live with each other in the chat section. Incorrect use* of the chat can flag and ultimately ban a member from the game.

Abilities

The core Abilities in the game are:

Power: act in a particular way

Agility: move quickly and easily

Endurance: physical stamina

Intellect: reasoning and understanding

Abilities are needed to participate in Events and increase a member’s chance of winning. During an Event members can earn additional Moguls from other members. Same happens when members participate in the Races. They can earn Moguls and Gold from other members.

Abilities can be raised by adopting pets, purchasing items from the shop, going to the gym and increasing abilities - for example intellect - through school.

The Gym can increase power, agility, and endurance.


Health

Health is necessary to enter certain activities, to compete and to work. The maximum Health level is reached at 100. Health can be improved by consuming certain Foods, Drinks, going to the Hospital or working out in the Gym.

Every time a member starts an activity the health level decreases.


Energy

Energy is the ability to start an activity. Energy is needed in every activity. The Energy level increases 10 points every 10 minutes to a maximum 100 points. The Energy level increases when consuming certain Food or Drinks.

The Energy level decreases every time a member starts an activity.


Map

Game’s map is a drawing of all MogulVille's visible features, such as buildings, roads, the lake and other leisurely places.

Members can navigate MogulVille interactively – in real time – by clicking on the establishment of their choice. They can travel fast from one place to another in a dynamic fashion.
